These terms apply to the use of the 1ProcentBeter iPhone app and related services on this website.
2. License
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your own Apple devices.
3. Pricing and subscriptions
The core app experience is free. Optional Plus access is offered as an in-app subscription where available, with pricing shown inside the app before purchase.
4. Health information
1ProcentBeter is not a medical app. Optional Apple Health access is read-only and intended only to give context to progress. Focus, notes, reminders, and reset tools are general habit-support features, not medical treatment.
5. Liability
The app and website are provided as-is. To the extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.
7. Apple Standard EULA
Where applicable, in-app subscriptions and app usage are also subject to Apple’s standard terms for App Store products.
